What can I expect at my first treatment?
The first time we meet, I will take a case history of past and present problems. We will discuss your lifestyle, diet and any further concerns you may have.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and avoid eating a large meal for one to two hours beforehand.
Your initial treatment will take around 90 minutes. Follow-up reflexology treatments usually take around an hour.
Who can have reflexology?
Reflexology is safe for people of all ages - from young children to the elderly. My oldest client is 97 years young! I have found that older patients are very responsive to reflexology, and I have had wonderful results where patients have given up on other methods, but found a great sense of well-being from reflexology.
How often I will see you?
Some of my clients come weekly, fortnightly, every three weeks, monthly and so on. We can do whatever you feel is right for you, and if you like, I can suggest a treatment plan.
Some people look at reflexology as their body’s MOT.
Where are you located?
My practice is at my dedicated therapy room, located on the ground floor of my home in Hockley. I also have a comfortable waiting room if you wish to bring somebody with you.
